What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, password), the menu content you upload (dishes, prices, photos, videos), and basic usage data needed to run the service (log and device information). Diners viewing a public menu are not required to create accounts; if a restaurant enables ordering, the order details a diner enters are processed to fulfill that order.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service: hosting your menus, processing subscriptions, sending service emails (like billing notices and password resets), and answering support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. If a restaurant connects Square, order and payment processing for diners happens through Square under their terms.
Cookies
We use the cookies required to keep you signed in and the service secure. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on menus.
Data retention & deletion
Your content stays as long as your account is active. You can delete menus at any time, and you can request full account deletion by emailing us — we'll remove your data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep.
